GRIF 2020 reception @ TFD
We’d love to share some exciting news with you. On 12 February 2020, The Food Department welcomed GRIF conference with 200 hospitality investors from all around the world for an evening reception with special food tasting. Global Restaurant Investment Forum (GRIF) is a community of experts in the field of hospitality and restaurant investment. GRIF conference took place 11-13 February 2020 in NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky and welcomed some big names, including Gaggan Anand, Jeremy King OBE, Grace Dent, Mourad Azouz, Lydia Forte, Chris Miller and many more!
The guests had an opportunity to try variety of food options such as vegetarian-friendly zucchini fries created by Lios, dreamy Toni Loco pizza, Jian Bing savoury Chinese crepe by China Supreme, crunchy chicken bites by Van ‘t Spit, juicy rib sandwich prepared by Proper Ribs, unique saté lilit from Ta Toru and we finished off with delicious desserts by Petit Gateau.
